Having lived in this property for 20 years plus it was time for a change. They wanted this space to be more functional, brighter and something that would represent them, at the moment it lacked character and felt enclosed.
Making small changes like moving the stairs allowed them to have a large enough cabinet for a functional utility area. They now have a space where they can hide away their washing machine and tumble dryer.
