How does it work?
1.
Discovery call
We will start the process off with a free 20-minute discovery call, here we will be able to get a brief level understanding of the scope of the project.
2.
In-depth planning
Assuming that the outcome from the discovery call satisfies both the client and interior designer, the journey to complete the clients dream project can start! We will be able to derive a more in-depth plan and an approximate time frame for the works soon after so that we can avoid costly mistakes and a contractual agreement can be signed.
3.
Design stage
Moving onto the room layout and design stage, we will begin with creating a floor plan if not provided. From this, we can produce layouts for furniture, lighting, wall and floor finishes. A 3D design and fly through video will be presented to the client and from this we can make any amendments before presenting the final design.
4.
Budget planning
It is our job to help you with all worries you may have. Concerned about not knowing the final cost? We supply you with more information from a low to high-end budget plan including estimated cost for our work.
5.
Project management
Alongside the interior design JCavaree Interiors will also help to facilitate with project management, which includes the organisation of contractors!
If requested, JCavaree Interiors will help source furniture and furnishing around client’s requirements.
